How do I make sure my journey is properly counted in a challenge?
To make sure your journey is taken into account:
Be a member of the community 👍
First of all, make sure you're registered for the challenge in question! Routes completed before joining the community are not taken into account.
if you are a member of a public challenge
Make sure that part of the journey has been completed on the territory in question.
Register your journey
It is necessary to record the journey (either via 'classic recording' or 'activity detection', or when following an itinerary).
You can also import a GPX into your profile. Caution, it must be imported within 48 hours of the start of the recording of this track for the kilometers covered to be taken into account in the challenge.
The track is not being processed (a small delay is necessary for the analysis of the track at the end of the trip).
