How to become a community administrator?

"Reasons why we can change the administrator of a group :


  • If you created an account expressly for the creation of a community and have not used it since, this account may have been deleted. This is for data protection reasons.
  • If the person who created the community has left the entity and his or her account is no longer accessible.


Don't worry! For your account to be added as a community administrator, you'll need to :


  • Create an account on our geovelo.app website with the desired e-mail address (if you don't have one).
  • Join the relevant community from the app or website.

  • Create an account on our geovelo.app website with the desired e-mail address (if you don't have one).
  • Join the relevant community from the app or website.
  • Authorize Geovelo assistance

    From the website: Go to Profile then Personal information then click on "Authorize assistance" at the bottom of the page.
    From your smartphone: Profile, then Parameters (top right of screen), choose Assistance then "Send my trip logs".
  • Send an e-mail to https://support.geovelo.app/ confirming the procedure.
