How to become a community administrator?

"Reasons why we can change the administrator of a group :

If you created an account expressly for the creation of a community and have not used it since, this account may have been deleted. This is for data protection reasons.
If the person who created the community has left the entity and his or her account is no longer accessible.


Don't worry! For your account to be added as a community administrator, you'll need to :

Create an account on our geovelo.app website with the desired e-mail address (if you don't have one).
Join the relevant community from the app or website.

Authorize Geovelo assistance
From the website: Go to Profile then Personal information then click on "Authorize assistance" at the bottom of the page.
From your smartphone: Profile, then Parameters (top right of screen), choose Assistance then "Send my trip logs".
Send an e-mail to support@geovelo.fr confirming the procedure.
