How to become a community administrator?
"Reasons why we can change the administrator of a group :
- If you created an account expressly for the creation of a community and have not used it since, this account may have been deleted. This is for data protection reasons.
- If the person who created the community has left the entity and his or her account is no longer accessible.
Don't worry! For your account to be added as a community administrator, you'll need to :
- Create an account on our geovelo.app website with the desired e-mail address (if you don't have one).
- Join the relevant community from the app or website.

- Authorize Geovelo assistance
From the website: Go to Profile then Personal information then click on "Authorize assistance" at the bottom of the page.
From your smartphone: Profile, then Parameters (top right of screen), choose Assistance then "Send my trip logs". - Send an e-mail to https://support.geovelo.app/ confirming the procedure.
