How to download a GPX track?

For a calculated route:

Click on the chosen profile.

To export a completed route:

How to join a community?

There are two types of communities, public communities, and private communities. Both types of community offer challenges.

Public communities are communities related to a specific region. You can find them in the "Communities" tab and join them directly from the application and the website. Only the kilometers traveled within the region will be taken into account.
Private communities, on the other hand, are communities created by associations, businesses, and even by users who want to challenge their peers. These communities are accessible through an invitation link or invitation code. Group participants can share this invitation.

To join a community:

On the application:

Log in to your account if you haven't already.
Choose the Community tab.
Join the communities of your choice by clicking on "Join" next to the city names.
To join a private community, select "Enter Invitation Code" and enter the code provided by the administrator.
The communities in which you have already cycled will appear at the top of the list.

On our website:

Log in to your account if you haven't already.
Choose the Community tab on the left side of the screen.
Join the communities of your choice by clicking on "Join" next to the city names.
To join a private community, ask the challenge administrator to send you the invitation link.

How to calculate an itinerary?

On the website:

To add a starting point, enter an address in ${color}[#326ac2](Search for departure or click on the map or click directly on the map). Do the same for the destination.

Once the starting and destination points are entered, your route choices will appear.

On the application:

The default starting point is your current location. If you want to change the starting point, enter your destination. When your route is displayed, simply click on the search bar for the starting point and change "Current Location" to the desired address.

It's also possible that only one choice is displayed. This happens when the calculator determines that there is no other suitable route for bicycles.

Adding a Route to My Favorites

On the website, after calculating the route:

Click on the route option of your choice.
Then click on "Save" at the bottom of the left column.

In the application, after calculating the route:

Swipe up the details panel (time, distance).
Click on Add to Favorites.

Finding My Favorited Route

On the website:

Click on My Profile.
Choose the Favorites tab on the left side of the page.
Your routes will be listed under "Favorite Routes."

In the application:

Go to Profile.
Then to Favorite Routes and Locations, and select the "Routes" tab.
