How do I download my data?
On the application
Go to the Profile tab,
Select Settings at the top right of the screen
Then Preferences
Select Download my data at the bottom of the page
A confirmation popup will then open, allowing you to launch the procedure.
You'll soon receive an e-mail telling you that your data is ready to be downloaded by going to your profile on the website.
Click on the My Profile icon at the top right of your screen.
Then Personal information.
Finally, click on Request my data.
You will receive an e-mail when the data is ready to be downloaded.
Click on the shortcut in the e-mail, or go to Personal information to download the .zip file of your data (.json format).
