# How do I use the ride creation tool?

### Create a ride from the Geovelo website
* Go to our website [geovelo.app](https://geovelo.app)
* Click on **Rides and trips**
* Click on **Discover rides**
* Select the **Create a ride** tab
* Choose **Draw a route**

### How to draw my ride using the editor?
* Set your starting and ending points by clicking on the map or entering the address
* Choose one of the route types defined by Geovelo

### You can:
* **Add a waypoint**: by clicking the “+” on the left-hand column
* **Click on a section of the route** and drag the created waypoint
* **Right-click** to define a new start point, waypoint, or endpoint

### Save my ride
If your route is properly defined, click **Next**, then fill in the details in the window: ride name, description.
You can save the ride for yourself only, or share it with the Geovelo community by choosing the “public” visibility.

### Find my ride on the Geovelo app
* Click on the **Explore** tab
* Select the **Saved** tab (swipe the tabs to the left)
* Choose **Created rides**
