# How do I download my data?

On the application 

* Go to the **Profile** tab, 
* Select **Settings** at the top right of the screen
* Then **Preferences** 
* Select **Download my data** at the bottom of the page


A confirmation popup will then open, allowing you to launch the procedure.

You'll soon receive an e-mail telling you that your data is ready to be downloaded by going to your profile on the website.


### On the web

* Click on the **My Profile** icon at the top right of your screen.
* Then **Personal information**.
* Finally, click on **Request my data**.

You will receive an e-mail when the data is ready to be downloaded.
Click on the shortcut in the e-mail, or go to **Personal information** to download the .zip file of your data (.json format).
